It's too easy if you've taken cash from lots of people and promised them double glazing or whatever it is you sell, to then declare bankrupcy and start the same racket again in a month. The law has changed to allow people too many optins - as long as I say I'm bankrupt, my partner can still run the same company in a different name and do it again - scammers delight I should think.
