we may think their positiin has no effect on usnow but some day in the future we will be flying around up there and god has put each one specifcly in just the right place to be perfect

yes, however they are not actually in the sky. Technically speaking they are beyond our (earths) atmoshere. Unless of course that there is a higher being/s which is playing or experimenting with us and a great light show or alternativley perhaps we are all breathing in a diluted form of lsd and tripping.

I think that they're not randomly spread... Just like the athoms are not randomly spread...

Yeah I think this sould be atoms.





















I think the stars are aligned to a mathematical structure, which could possibly be traced forwards and backwards, but inherently random at instance of creation. This appeases both science and religion, unless the world is flat. Pattern : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandelbrot_set
