Do you think mothers should get first choice of work holidays?

If you are a national service provider like a nurse/doctor etc. Should you be first to choose your shifts for public holidays eg Christmas, if you have kids?

I think it should be both parents who get this opportunity, not just mothers, especially those who are single parents!

WHAT! No chance! How is that fair, you can't have people demanding equal rights for women (which is off course the right thing) and then at the same time ask for women to be treated differently just because they have children.
