Alexander Litvinenko is currently in hospital with what seems now to be an unidentified illness (possibly radioactive thallium poisoning). Was this an attempt on his life by the Russian government?

Useless he mistakenly went to the store and instead of buying some paracetamol, bought some polonium-210 antacid tablets and took a few of those after eating some spicy sushi.
