Tricky, I hovered over those buttons for a while - mmmmm....I either get bored with him doing or watching sport or I have to listen to computer speak all evening .....do have a neither button.

Computers are for work - sport is for fun ... you can't work unless you have fun, sport is essential (just not football or rugby!)

there are other ways to "work your mind" with out using a computer there should b a balence
