But pretty much ... if you are a student and raise one of the best RFOs in the time period.. Your RFO may be selected and nominated to go into the final and if the community vote yours the best... well humanopinion will pay £10000 towards your studies.
We don't have much money for marketing, so we thought the best way to do it was to take what money we could scrap together and use that for something good. We figure rather use it to generate some interest and on the development of a person, instead of marketing in the traditional media and having it all go to landfill in the end.

Award Details
The Award can only be used for costs directly related to the ongoing or further education of the winning student and must be deemed acceptable in these terms by humanopinion Ltd. Humanopinion Ltd reserves the right to evaluate and approve all payments before they are made from the Award fund. Humanopinion Ltd will consider any payments towards the student’s fees at their place of study as acceptable under these terms. Humanopinion Ltd will consider, in it’s fair judgement, any other related costs incurred as a result of being educated. These shall include but not be limited to accommodation, books, transportation, etc. Humanopinion Ltd shall also consider making payments towards the education of other family members if the student/scholar wishes to use part or all of the Award to assist their family or part thereof with the cost of their education.
To be eligible for the Award you must complete your profile and indicate that you are a "student" or "at school".
All RFO's submitted within the Award time period (by a student/person at school), will be eligible for consideration. Students can raise more than one RFO and all will be eligible for consideration.
The Award will be granted to the student/scholar through the following process.
Humanopion Ltd will invite a panel of voluntary judges these judges shall be tasked with surveying eligible RFOs which were raised in the required time period. The judges will nominate a number (to be decided at a later date) of RFOs that they deem to be well presented (e.g. informative in-depth information) and which raise the pertinent questions in the judge’s opinion. Humanopinion will then verify that the RFO authors are eligible to be considered for the Award. Through this process (and by other means) Humanopinion Ltd will take efforts to ensure that finalists and their RFOs have been verified as bona fide.
The nominated RFOs will be selected for the final and these will then be posted on a prominent part of humanopinion.org for all humanopinion users to vote upon which they believe to the most pertinent. These RFOs will be up for a two week period after which the Award will be awarded to the author of the RFO that the judges and community found to be of the most value.
Age
Only students and scholars 16 years or older are eligible for the Award.
Submission Deadline
RFOs that are submitted by eligible students and scholars before (date to be announced) will be eligible for the Humanopion Education Award.
The final selection will be announced, however due to selection and the validation process to ensure eligibility, Humanopinion Ltd reserves the right to change this date if necessary to ensure that all finalists are eligible. Humanopinion Ltd shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the judges’ nominations are validated, however Humanopinion Ltd reserves the right to deem a nominee ineligible if, in Humanopinion Ltd’s reasonable judgement, a nominee’s eligibility cannot be verified after reasonable efforts have been made or if there is any question surrounding the validity of RFO.
Voting upon these RFO's will only be available for a limited time, which shall be stated when the finalist RFO's are posted, and no more than 14 days after they are posted.
After further checks for vote authentication etc. the chosen ‘winning’ author may be posted upon the website and humanopinion will take the neccesary procedures to contact the individual and commence the prize giving procedure.
Finalists
Humanopinion Ltd will take all reasonable measures to contact the individuals whose RFOs may be eligible for a position within the finalists. This may be limited to contact via email depending on the amount of details the user has submitted to humanopinion.org, but will include other means if the information is available.
To be accepted as a finalist you must respond to humanopinion.org’s efforts to contact you within 10 days.
To be eligible as a finalist you may also have to accept certain terms and conditions criteria, which shall be presented upon the chance of becoming a finalist.
The winner of the Education Award
Humanopinion Ltd will take all reasonably neccesary measures to contact the winner, inform them of their achievement and begin the process of determining how best the student can receive the award
humanopinion must recieve a confirmed reply from the winner within 10 days of humanopinion’s initial efforts to contact them.
Due to the international nature of the Award, Humanopion Ltd will ensure that legal requirements are met within the awardee’s country or Humanopinion Ltd shall establish an offshore trust for the awardee to ensure that their award money can be used to make payments towards their education in any country they choose. Should there be any legal age limitation that restricts the awardee’s, where a student is under the legal age to accept the prize, with the aid of parents and guardians, and discussion with the student, either hO shall organise a trust fund for the student or donate the money elsewhere the student so chooses and humanopinion deems suitable. Within all Laws, humanopinion will do what we are reasonably capable of to ensure the award is presented in a suitable manner to the winner.
